Tokyo advances the study that files a criminal complaint due to the swindle crime to Mitsui & Co., Ltd. that has illegally received the subsidy (tax) from the municipality by counterfeiting data.
Tokyo paid Mitsui & Co., Ltd. about 1.8 billion yen as a subsidy of the diesel exhaust gas removal device that did not come up to the standard.
Consumer groups and environmentalists are holding the doubt for Tokyo because it was not able to see through the counterfeit of data.
