Breach of law surfaced about display of "Super high-speed" MO drive

Fair Trade Commission has alerted to Buffalo

Fair Trade Commission(web) did the alert based on the Premiums and Representations Act to this company on April 8 for the reasons why there was a display that there is a doubt of misidentifying the consumers in "MO drive( Magneto Optical disk )" that the Buffalo Inc.(web) was selling.

The company was displaying in the merchandise package of MO drive product "MO-CH640U2", "Super high-speed five times as fast as USB1.1 speed MO for USB2.0" and "five times as fast as USB1.1 speed is a comparison of the reading transfer rate against the USB1.1 connection".

However, when Fair Trade Commission examined it, five times the speed were not able to be obtained while had extremely limited.
