Eight companies including a gas appliance manufacturer Koyo Sangyo Co. have voluntarily recalled 160000 gas codes attached coupling with gas appliance. The Koyo announced its recalls on April 20.
Because the flaw of the leakage of gas was found in "Free type gas code attached coupking" . The company has investigated the cause reacting to several ignition accident occurrence due to the blowby in January this year.
The company also explains that the report of the accident was received in January, and design flaws of parts were found on April 9.
