Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare warned the user on June 3 that steroid hormone medicine Clobetasol-17-propionate was contained in "Arcadia Cream".
The health food marketer Kanpoudou was selling it calling, "It is effective in atopic dermatitis", saying that "Product that did not contain the steroid hormone though it was effective" while camouflaging it.
Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department reported it to the ministry.
The ministry is pointing out that there is a hazard that causes the rebound phenomenon.
