Osaka Prefecture executes the on-the-spot inspection from July 1 to the 30th for a large amount of cooking facilities which are making box lunch and bread.
Osaka investigates whether the food processing factory is observing the rule of the cooking method and the use standard of the food additive through the inspection.
The prefecture also executes the microorganism inspection to examine salmonella and O-157 for meats, seafoods, fishery processed food, daily dishes and ice creams and the physics and chemistry investigation to examine preservative and saccharin sodium.
