Tokyo Disney Sea hotel had sold cookie with undisplayed allergic element for as many as three years

Violation of an allergic ingredients label is second only in this year following chocolate in March

By JCPRESS

Oriental Land Co., Ltd. (TSE:4661) that managed Tokyo Disneyland announced that it voluntarily recalled "Elegant cookie" (2,100 yen of including tax) sold by "Hotel Mira Costa" in Tokyo Disney Sea on August 7. Because it had not described the display of an allergic element.

The company was neglecting the display of an allergic element though it used "Flour" in which the display was obligated in the law.

Sales of the cookie started in July, 2001. 18,680 pieces were sold in three years.
