"Food Safety Citizens' Watch" to open the secretariat in Consumers Union of Japan on August 23 submitted the opinion book to the government for "Ideal way of health food" arranged by the study committee of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

It voiced opposition in the foundation of "Conditional Food for specified Health Use".
