Oriental Corporation (TSE:8585) announced that it had been excessively claiming the aggregate amount 628,459 yen to 1441 clients due to the incompleteness of the system design concerning the method of calculating the late fee on September 25.
The company explains that it doubly collected the late fee because a part of the money received data was not reflected in the new computer system.
The company adds the interest 6%, and repays victims the excessive collected fee.
