Discussion concerning the introduction of the consumer group lawsuit system to be able to bring a case a malignant enterprise by the consumer group's becoming a plaintiff instead of the consumer comes to an end in the Cabinet Office Economic Welfare Council.
The Council puts the report together by the end of this year.
The Council studied the lawsuit procedure at the conference on September 24.
The Council talked about the necessity of the mechanism using it for other trials to use the decision of winning the case of the consumer group for the consumer's damage relief.
